<u><i>Parking</i></u>

Parking

We have limited parking on the West side (left side) of the school. Once these spots are taken, there is plenty of free open street parking surrounding the school: East Berry & Monarch Lane.

Please keep in mind that there is only one entrance to the Merry & Bright event. The entire field is fenced off, so please make your way to the main entrance in order to enter the event.

<u><i>Hot Air Balloon</i></u>

Hot Air Balloon

We are excited to offer a Hot Air Balloon at Merry & Bright! Please keep in mind the following:

· Hot air balloon rides will be first come, first serve. Please be respectful while waiting in line and follow our line attendant guides as we want to keep everyone safe.

· There is no age requirement for balloon rides. We ask each family to use pre-caution and take the flame and height into account.

· Since we are expecting a large crowd wanting to ride the hot air balloon, we will be sending groups of 7-10 people (depending on the overall weight) up into the air during each balloon lift. The basket the balloon will be using is pretty large.

· While you may need to wait in line for a ride, we hope you will enjoy our live Christmas music from the stage, or make a friend in line!

Join us for a magical evening of Christmas music as our live band fills the night with your favorite holiday songs! Gather around the main stage with family and friends for two special concert times:

• 5:30 PM — Christmas Classics Set

• 7:00 PM — Merry & Bright Finale Performance

From joyful carols to festive modern hits, the atmosphere will be warm, lively, and full of Christmas cheer. Whether you want to sing along, relax with a cup of cocoa, or simply soak in the beautiful singing, this concert will fill the night sky and be the heart of the Merry & Bright celebration.

To claim your free Gourmet Hot Chocolate, all you need to do is enter and we will hand you a ticket to use at the Coffee & Crumbs food truck.

Merry & Bright is a free community Christmas festival hosted by Renewal City Church, featuring family activities, hot air balloon rides, live music, a Christmas Market Village, photos with Santa, and so much more! It’s designed for the whole family to enjoy a festive night together.

Everyone! Families, singles, couples, kids, grandparents, neighbors—Merry & Bright is a community-wide Christmas festival open to all.

Registration & Tickets

Registration is not required! However, registration helps us plan well for parking, activities, and supplies! Don't forget, entry to Merry & Bright is also free!

If possible, please register each person attending so we can have an accurate headcount, especially for kids’ activities!

You do not need to print anything. We will not be checking registrations when you come either - just show up ready to enjoy!

While we highly encourage registration, we absolutely want anyone and everyone to join us at Merry & Bright!

Cost & Payments

Yes! Entry to the event and all of the activities are completely free.

Yes! The vendors and food trucks will have items for purchase (food, drinks, gifts, etc.). While all the activities and experiences are free, you will want to bring a form of payment if you’d like to shop or grab food.

Each vendor may be different. Most will accept credit/debit cards, and some may take cash or mobile payment apps. We recommend bringing a card and a little cash just in case.

About Renewal City Church

Merry & Bright is hosted by Renewal City Church, a new church plant meeting weekly in O'Dell Elementary. We are passionate about helping people find the renewal of Jesus so they can experience a flourishing only He can bring.

We gather every Sunday at 10AM in O'Dell Elementary. Come join us this Sunday!

Not at all! Merry & Bright is for the entire community—no church background required.
